Over the years, I’ve curated an extensive list of must-have lots for my Sims 4 save files. Some are deeply tied to my Let's Plays, others are just vibe essentials I can’t live without. This is Skyler’s safe haven in the Sophie + Skyler LP. After unaliving her husband Akaio Saint (RIP?), she needed a fresh start—and this house was it. With two kids’ bedrooms, it’s the perfect spot to raise Savanna and Caiden Jr. I didn’t even have to do much renovating. It’s giving suburban peace.

🌴 Desert Luxe Villa by theInSims
3 bed, 3 bath — Open, tropical, influencer-core
Gia lives here with Dax and her roommate in the City Girls and Michaelsons LP. The layout feels like an Airbnb rented by people who write #ad in all their captions. Very influencer-to-idol pipeline energy. It fits Gia’s arc perfectly.

🏛 Affluista Mansion by honeymaysims
2 bed, 5 bath — Modern, moody, and modifiable
This sleek mansion now belongs to Jaylah and Mateo (once I finish moving them in and recording their YouTube series, of course). It took over the iconic Landgraab lot, and honestly, it's an upgrade. Great for adding your own CC flavor if you're into that.

6 units — Dirty, detailed, and absolutely no CC
Sophie technically owns this spot in the Sophie + Skyler LP. Her goal was to flip it into a livable property… and then life happened. Still, it’s one of the best “junky” builds I’ve used—realistic in all the gritty ways.

6 units — Customizable with solid structure
This building has been home to Benny and his ex, Emelia, as well as a rotating cast of single townies from the City Girls LP. It’s one of the easiest to redecorate without breaking the vibe. Instant classic. This also used to be Adrianna’s apartment building from Spill the Tea: Adrianna + Trent.

🏙 Del Sol Apartments by SoSimsy
6–7 units — Built-in gym, laundry, pool
A go-to for my single Sims. Carla from VXN (splitting time between the Michaelsons and City Girls LPs) lives here. Her potential boo Damion lives here too, as does one of Mateo’s newer d-bois. This lot gets used a lot, and for good reason.

6-unit townhomes — Cute for San Sequoia living
Ximena and Marquise could purchase this down the line, but right now it’s mostly occupied by background townies in the Hoskins and Sophie + Skyler saves. A great utility lot if you want townhomes with personality.

9 bed, 8 bath — 64x64 of pure drama
Elaine and Emory Sharp (Indya’s parents) were supposed to move in here… but L&D is acting up so this lot is stuck in limbo. Still, it’s an absolutely massive build that commands attention.

4 bed, 3 bath — Beautifully family-focused
This was the Michaelsons’ home… until the divorce. Now it’s just Amara and the kids holding it down until Jamar inevitably derails her life. It’s a great house for a traditional family arc.

50x50 — Luxe hotel vibes, perfect with Hotel mod
I’ve used this hotel in Michaelsons and City Girls LPs, mostly for vacations. It’s giving 5-star getaway, and it integrates well with the hotel system mod. No notes.

This used to be the strip club for the Hoskins LP families. I’ve since upgraded to a new build, but this one still holds iconic status in the lore.

This is where A2 and Amara tied the knot in front of a whole wedding party. It's a sweet, charming chapel that's perfect for intimate (or chaotic) weddings.
